At LabVille.eu, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order—especially when purchasing chemical substances.

🛍️ Return Period

  • EU Customers: You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

  • Non-EU Customers: We offer a 30-day return period from the delivery date.

📦 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

  • Products classified as hazardous materials, or any opened chemical, cannot be returned due to safety and legal reasons.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used chemicals

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling

🔁 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at sales@chemville.eu within the return window.

  2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Wait for return instructions and shipping address confirmation before sending any products.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when a return is due to our error.

🚫 Customs & Import Returns

If a shipment is rejected, delayed, or seized by customs, LabVille.eu is not liable unless the package is returned to us in unopened and sellable condition. Refunds in such cases will be assessed individually.
